ACTIVITY OVERVIEW

This online resource comprises of comprehensive anatomical theory supplemented by videos, diagrams and illustrations for beginner and experienced injectors alike, which is meant to complement hands-on injecting experience.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This activity is designed to meet the needs of physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and dentists.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Identify advanced muscular anatomy relevant to treatment areas covered
• Practice injection techniques for anti-wrinkle injections for the brow, nose, chin, perioral areas, neck and decolletage
• Identify commonly used dosages to achieve optimal results
• Distinguish side effects and complications, and how to avoid and manage them

CRITERIA FOR SUCCESS

To obtain a certificate of completion, a score of 70% or better on the post-test is required. Certificates of completion will be awarded based on the participant’s attendance and submission of the activity evaluation/claim credit form.
